TJ is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in international education, workforce development, and vocational training. At 369 Global, he leads the implementation of Global Skills Centres across the UAE, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Kenya, and Mexico, focusing on delivering industry-aligned training in healthcare, cybersecurity, logistics, and language development.
He serves as the Ivey Business School Ambassador for the GCC region and is an executive member of the Canadian Business Council of Dubai and Northern Emirates. TJ holds an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School and is recognized for advancing international education partnerships and global workforce mobility.
